Read more link or button at the blog page

My blog doesn't have read more link or button. Is it something about theme and how can I turn it on?
I think it should be by default in WP but somehow I don't have it.

If you're not using the manual excerpt, you need to use a "More" Block on your post's content so the theme knows the scope of the automatic excerpt.

Yes, I'm using it but if you visit my blog page you will see that read more link or button is missing.

Can you go to customizer > layout > blog, check if the Read more label filed is blank, if so, add some text in it to test:
