We're actually using Yoast here on this site with no issues. We also haven't received any other reports of this.
Are you using the latest version of Yoast?

I'm using Yoast 9.7 now... I have just updated (but it already had it at 9.6.1). And wordpress version is 4.9.9. I'm still worried about updating it to 5.1 version! =)
Also.. I'm using woocommerce 3.4.4 version.
So if you deactivate all plugins except GP Premium and Yoast, the problem remains?
