Hello guys!
I'm using GeneratePress theme with the Premium plugin. I'm having a problem with the "Read more" button or link. It is being displayed even when there's no blogpost related.

I have translated "Read more" to "Leia mais" on the top of the page. The "Read more" is shown with the text ending with a " /> " glitch.

What should I do about it?
Thank you!
Best Regardsm
Henrique

That shouldn't caused the read more button errors.

Have you tried disabling other plugins? I see quite a few errors still.

Your error for the generatepress.woff2 is caused by wp-rocket generating the critical css, for some reason it duplicates the URL only for this font. I have contacted wp-rocket many times in the last 3 months for a resolution but right not there is no true fix. If you would like to know the work around I use for this let me know.

Hi Daren!
Thank you so much for the reply. Please let me know about the work around.

Best Regards,
Henrique

Lucy from wp-rocket contacted me and as of 7/25 this issue with wp-rocket has been fixed, regenerate the critical CSS in wp-rocket and the error should be gone.

Hello Daren! Thanks for your reply!
I did what you suggested, but it didn't work here. Could you please send me Lucy's contact?
Thanks!

Hi Daren, thank you for your assistance it is much appreciated. Henrique, hopefully they can help you find a resolution soon and maybe WP-Rocket may look a bit deeper into the issue.

Hi guys! I contacted Lucy from WP Rocket team and they said it might be because of something else.
She said we have to take some tags off the theme code.
Here's her printscreen: https://jumpshare.com/v/xyaPt3Fn5qi98INAlV1w

Any ideas how to solve this?

Thanks!
Henrique

I guess the real question here is why there's read more buttons way up above your header.

Do you have anything added in GP Hooks?

Hi Tom!

GP Hooks is clear....it wasn't even enabled. I set it on now just to see if there was something odd...

=/

Did you ever end up deactivating your other plugins just to rule out a plugin conflict?

The problem is a conflict with Yoast plugin.. ;(
