[Resolved] Read more button missing on latest post

Hi,

Using some custom code provided here before, I have nice read more buttons on categories.
But for the very latest article, it does not display.
See private URLs.

How can I fix this?

Hi there,

Looks like the other posts are all using custom excerpt and the latest post is using the auto excerpt.

Is the read more button activated in the customizer?

It was not activated. Switched it on and now it works.
