[Support request] Read More Button in Query Loop

Hello,

i have tried to put a Query Loop from GPB Plugin on a page, to make a Blog Archive. I have put the Post side by side, with a border around each.
But I noticed, that in the editor, I dont see the read more button. Only if I publish the site, I can see it.
This is a bit impractical. Is this normal?

So my question is, how to customize this button? Yes some colors can be set in the customizer.
But on my site, the button is too close to the excerpt text. So how can i customize this?

PS: I can not link to the site, since it is not published.

That’s definitely not normal but I cannot reproduce this issue on my end.

Any chance you can create a staging site so we can try to inspect the issue?

No, unfortunately my provider does not offer staging pages
