Read more button in Dispatch Site Library

I am using the Dispatch Site Library. As in the theme, it is possible to show some posts from a category using WP Show Posts but Can we add a similar button where we can go to the category by clicking the button.

I assume you're using the Block Editor ? If so then you can add a Button Block below the WPSP Shortcode and link that to your category page.
