Read more button for blog posts page

Hi Tom, I'm just working on this site http://clearfocus.consulting and am using your fab Show Posts plugin for the home page.
On the blog posts page though http://clearfocus.consulting/blog/ I would like to remove the Read More words that link to each blog post and instead, have a Read More button displayed under the excerpt, the same way it does on the Home page with your plugin.
Can you help me do that please?
