I started this lifetime theme just now but it looked didnt work for activiting this license key…and other plugin items cannot be used.

Yes. I checked those kind of contents before it. It still doesn’t work. How can I contact the technical staff or about the after sales? I sent messages yesterday but there is no response until now.
That’s odd. Are you getting any error codes in the console log when you try to activate it? To check the console log, right click and inspect on the browser and go to the Console tab.
Moreover, the last email we got from you is this “Cant activate generalpress” and someone responded to it. Did you receive the response?
