Range of styling issues with Theme + Elementor

Hey guys - really amazing theme you have here. It's reduced the load time of my pages by over 50% which is pretty amazing.
I have a couple of questions that I'd love your help with. I've looked through the documentation but its just a little over my head I'm sorry.
Header:

How do I float my logo left and menu right?
Single Blog:

I've edited single blogs with Elementor - but when I do this, the Author box disappears and I can't insert header images, titles, sharing options etc. Trying to get these posts to look like this: http://gamy-sock.flywheelsites.com/rugby-wrestling-fitness-drills/ automatically without having to use elementor for areas of the page that have the same info but different content on different blogs e.g. Header image, title, sharing, author box and facebook comments

Where would I go to insert these? Do you have a guide you can point me to?

Single blog:
This sounds like the way that Elementor builds the page isn't playing nice with the plugins that add those features (author box, facebook comments etc..). Have you checked with the Elementor plugin author?
