randomize background images on Elements module

Hi Tom, I've been reading this topic about randomizing header images, https://generatepress.com/forums/topic/randomized-header-images/#post-475107, but it seems to apply to a Hooks module which is no longer part of GP. Is there a way to do achieve a randomized background image (on each page load) for the home page using Elements? Thanks! - Jesse
