[Resolved] Random menu in header element on top of featured image

Hi, I like to include a random menu in a header element. I created this menu as sort of a third menu and I like to display it on top of the featured image vertically at the left with a text box on the right. I added the link to an example as the website url because the website itself is still under construction.

1. How is the ‘random’ menu created?
2. Will this Header Element be the same on every page it is displayed ?

Nevertheless I already found a solution. I’m using the plugin Menu In Posts (https://wordpress.org/plugins/menu-in-post/) which gives me a shortcode that I can put in the element.
