Random images disappearing

Hi, Ive had a few issues with my site where random images have broken.
Yesterday my main homepage header disappeared entirely, It vanished from my media library.
I have updraftplus for backups. It last backed up a month ago but I have posted a lot of content since then and dont want to lose my work.
I have found and reinstalled another image but what can I do to find the problem?

Hi there,
its very peculiar that an image would go missing from your media library.
I would begin by looking at any plugin or server side functions that are 'manipulating' your images. I notice you have Ezoic installed which looks to be doing Image optimization and webp conversions.
Have you checked with Ezoic ?
No I haven't checked Ezoic. I will ask if it's a known problem.

You could check with the host, to see if theres any database errors that could be causing an issue too.
But as Ezoic are doing 'things' to images then its also a good place to check.
