Do you know how should I start? Is that a video? How can it be unclickable?

Kind of a tough one..
First, you would add some sort of full background slider - this plugin might do the trick: https://wordpress.org/plugins/vegas-fullscreen-background-slider/
Then you could add your content, and disable all elements except for the content using the Disable Elements add-on.
Then you would need to remove all background colors from the content by removing the colors set using the Colors add-on (Customize > Colors > Content Colors).
That won't do it 100%, but should get you well on your way.

I was thinking and thinking... I created a page that would be perfect for that. Problem is, that I don't know how to make it show like that: The X person search for the website in Google. He might not access the homepage but a post page. I want that page to show at any person's new interaction with the website, no matter his first page/post is. And when he closes the website and maybe open it again, to show that page again. Like some sort of "welcome page" that shows one time everytime you land on the website.
Do you undestand how I described it?
Hmm, I tried finding a plugin that would do that but none of them have been updated in years.
You would need to hire a developer to code you something based on using cookies.
