Question regarding a site that exists switching to GP Pro Dispatch

I just upgraded to GP Pro and have a site already created with free GP. I read not to import the demo so I only imported the Dispatch theme. However, I dont see items like the list menu showing all the options etc. I have a backup of the site's images/plugins/posts etc with Updraft. Is there a way I can get all those layout items without deleting my content? I read it said to install the demon ONLY on a blank site.
I really like the layout design of Dispatch and want to display my site in that format.

Hi Larrian,
Importing a site library template including demo won't erase your content at all - it will just add to your existing content.
In your case, I would recommend starting a staging site with your existing site on it, then import Dispatch with the demo content, then tweak it before publish the staging site live.

That clarified things...so I did just that. I have only one small problem...the secondary menu is showing up twice and I cant seem to find a way to delete one of the menus. Site is thyroidhairandskincareproducts.com.

Hi Larrian,
Can you go to Appearance > Elements and check if you have 2 "Secondary Navigation" element? Perhaps that was duplicated. That will cause the secondary menu to display twice. :)
