Question on Customization

Before updating to the recent version of Generate Press, I need to get one thing clear: I did not directly change any files, css or php. I simply used the "customize" option under "Appearance" to modify the template. Will my customization still be lost if I updated to 1.1.7 version?
You won't lose any of those options :)
