[Support request] Question about sections vs elements/containers?

I have been out of the game recently due to studies.
Im about to setup my new business website and see a lot of improvement and
development when it comes to generatepress compare to a few years ago.

Before I used sections, now I see elements/containers in WP.
I used a static section page before as frontpage and was thinking to do
the same now. However, there seems to be a bit more flexibility and
functions for containers. Was wondering if containers are faster?
I want to run a fast website with as little error as possible when
running pagespeed.

Hi there,

the GP Sections module is out dated now.
We recommend using the Block editor and our GenerateBlocks plugin:

You can combine this with Header Elements or the New Block element:
