Question about menus

Hello,
I use Ubermenu on my website which has over 60 categories that need to be seen at one time. https://churchletters.org and hover over the "LETTERS" item on the menu bar.
Can this be done with GP without a separate menu plugin like Ubermenu? I think it slows the site down and I'm trying to get rid of unnecessary plugins.
