Query Loop Not Cached

I was using query loop widget in the sidebar until recently, it was the one causing a high load on my server. When I remove the query loop widget, my server's load is back to normal.
I'm wondering why it happens only recently. I was using W3 Total Cache and they work fine before.
Any idea what I'm missing?

Query loop does consume server capacity, depends on how many posts are there in the loop.
But not sure why it only happens recently. I would recommend reaching out to your host, they might have some insights.
By the way, are you using the WP query loop block or the Generateblocks query loop block?
