Query Loop Displays Differently When Not in Edit Mode

In Query Loop, I am using Exclude Taxonomies > Categories then I make sure that the category that I don't want to be displayed is entered under Select terms. During edit mode, the query loop behaves at it is design to do so. But when I open the page (i.e. front page because I selected the page to be my front page) the excluded category was being displayed.

I suspect because I have two query loop with the one that includes the category but on other query loop that category was excluded.
