Putting words above my header, rather than merged into the Header Itself?

Hi there.
Firstly iv'e managed to do this on my wife's website. She has Generate Press Premium installed too.
I want to take the wording from off my Header and Put them above?
I'm aware that i can hide the title and the tagline.
When i did my wife's i had the option to place the title above the header.
I cannot for the life of me sort this out myself?

Thanks in advance,

Hi there,
so your site is using an old legacy Page Header, and to create the same layout as the website belonging to your wife, you would need to delete that.
But i must state first, if you delete all the old legacy Page Headers, and you're on the latest version of GP/GPP, you won't be able to get them back. As the Page Header was deprecated for the GP Elements system. So it is a one way trip... but if you ever change your mind, the same ( existing ) layout can be achieved with Elements.
So the steps to replicate that site:
1. Delete the Page Headers
2. In Customizer > Site Identity - add your Site Title and Tagline which will be the text you currently have over your picture.
3. Customizer > Layout > Primary Navigation and make sure it Location is: Before Header
4. Customizer > Layout > Blog -> Featured Images -> Page (TAB) and set the Location to Above Content Area.
5. Edit any Page you want the Image to be displayed and set the Image as the Featured Image.
Thanks David.
I'll have a go when I'm feeling brave.
Thank you.

Ask your host if they do a staging server, then you can feel brave without fear of breaking your live site :)
Glad to be of help!
