Put bread crumbs under the title H1

I use the Rank Match plugin on my website.
I use a hook for Rank Match breadcrumbs
In the wordpress pages, I have the menu, below the breadcrumbs and below the H1.
I want the breadcrumbs to be under the H1.
How could I do that to put the breadcrumbs under H1 on all pages automatically?

Your <h1> title is added manually in the content itself so there is no hook there to add the breadcrumbs automatically.
Is there a reason why you are not using the auto title?
Yes, I add the H1 in the WP pages manually. I use the WP title for the content view Pro plugin.

There is no way to add the breadcrumbs automatically if you are adding the title manually unfortunately.
