Properly size images on some Featured images

Hi
Some of the posts on my site facing "Properly size images" issue (around 30 out of 150 posts)
My current setting is Medium 300*150

Hi there,
“Properly size images” means that the image being displayed could have been produced using a much smaller original file.
in the Issue Link you provided you have an image titled: Vh1-min.webp which is 110kb in size. And Google reckons you could have compressed that file to around 40kb. So you will need to optimize that original image. The Theme has no control over that.
