[Support request] progressive loading for image>video

Hi, i’m looking to show video for those that have a strong enough connection and wonder how to best do it.
i’ve read https://frontend-digest.com/responsive-and-progressive-video-loading-in-react-e8753315af51 (obviously for react) but the concept feels solid. Is there something like this for wordpress too?

(idea of hosting own mp4 files, not through eg. youtube/vimeo)

Hi there,

unfortunately i am not aware of any progressive loaded methods for WordPress.
I generally opt for a 3rd party service like Vimeo to handle videos, as it servers are built for this, and WP really isnt 🙂
