[Support request] Products are not displayed in 3 columns

Hi

on this page some products are being displayed via shortcode:

[products columns=”3″ category=”hosting”]

but they’re displayed in one column only.

I have copied the full page-content from this page and also compared the Customizer settings between both, but didn’t find what’s causing the issue.

Any idea?

Access in private info field.

Hi Sascha,

It seems Woocommerce’s style is not loaded on that page.

Can you try disabling the Woocommerce plugin and then enable it again?

If it doesn’t work, disable all plugins except GP premium and Woocommerce to eliminate conflicts from other plugins.
