Product Image

Hi there,

the way Woocommerce Zoom works is to use 2 images.
The first image is what you see when it is NOT hovered - the size of that image is set in Customizer > Woocommerce.

The second image is what it uses for the zoom - this image is the original Full size image you uploaded.

If the Second Image is the same size as the first image then you won't see any zoom effect.

Generally you would upload a larger image then the single product requires eg. 1200px
Then set the Customizer > Woocommerce image size to half of that eg. 600px.
This will give a x2 zoom when hovered.

Thanks for your reply. I am using the same image size (500 x 500) for the rest of the products. I am getting the zoom effect on all the product images except for the link which I have provided. I am not sure why there is a problem with this particular image?

I'm not sure if this is caused by the image file type, but could you try to replace this png picture with a jpg picture just to test?

Hi Yang,

I replaced the PNG image with JPEG still no luck. You can check the other product images, I am able to zoom when I hove over them.

Like David said when the image is not big enough, it can not be zoomed, for example:
