[Resolved] Product Description (WooCommerce) is truncated, the last 2 paragraphs are hidden

Hi, just noticed that this product page has some missing information.

It turns out that the desired content is actually published. Unfortunately, the last 2 paragraphs of the WooCommerce Product Description are missing.

Interestingly, upon loading the page, the paragraphs would show up for a brief moment then will disappear once the page is fully loaded.

Would appreciate help to ensure that our products have all the intended info showing. Thank you 🙏

Hi Allan,

Can you go to Appearance > Customize > Layout > WooCommerce, and check if “Display short description” is enabled? If it is, to test, can you disable it?

Hi, it’s turned off by default. I tried turning it on and didn’t seem to make a difference.

Looking forward to trying something else to figure this out.

in the editor can you switch to Text view ( not visual ) , and then share a screenshot of the editor.
