problems with update - wordpress extremely slow

Hello team,

since my last update I've big problems. Site is very slow or doesn't show up.
I deactivated all plugins and it didn't change.
WordPress 4.7.5 / GeneratePress Child
PHP 7.0
I made a test in pingdom.com, which gave me completely different loading-times,

and my background-image with 117KB is shown as giving problems

I deactivated the generate press child theme and activated the generate-press theme and it was very fast, still all the other plugins were off. What is the problem?
