problems with the review stars in the product shortcode

hello, I used a woocommerce shortcode to display my products on the home page, the stars don't come out and text comes out instead.
The funny thing is that in the url of the store if they come out right.
Can you help me with this?

I would say try doing this first to make sure it's not a caching issue:

If that doesn't help, you will need to check with WooCommerce' support as GP does cannot control or interfere with the shortcode content.

Shortcode and WooCommerce blocks are the only two ways to show products on a static page as far as I understand.

Is that from WooCommerce block? Have you checked with their support?
I'm trying all the combinations, I read that with wordpress blocks it doesn't work, right? I installed the classic editor plugin but now I don't know if it's worth the woocommerce shortcode without blocks.
So it works with the classic editor?
