[Support request] problems with the feed

Hello I don’t know if the problem is about the template or wordpress, but the feed doesn’t work, when I add “feed” to the url, they open a window ask how they can open the file instead showing the posts.
First of all, I apologice is here is not the forum where I have to ask about this.

Sorry what feed are you referring to?

The theme itself doesn’t handle anything about feeds as it’s all handled by WordPress.
