Problems with the customizer

When i click on customize (personalizar in spanish) i can't see any of the options, only the "widgets" (see attachment: https://i.imgur.com/1YtAA1o.png)
Nevermind it was an Imagify problem.

Sebastián what was the solution I'm having the same issue
or is tunning it on and off every time the solution?
Sounds like the plugin Imagify was causing the problem.
Maybe try de-activating it for now?
I desactivated the plugin they are looking for a fix.
