[Support request] Problems with the customize option in premium version

Hello friends a few days ago I bought the premium version of Generate press but it does not allow me to access the customization options when it comes in, it keeps loading and it does not show me the options. The free version show me all the options but the premium doesn’t.

I need help please as soon as possible.
