I Have 2 installations of generatepress premium.
The first one is http://www.gratispeliculas.online. In this instalation generatepress was the only theme installed from the begining. No other theme was ever used in this installation. The only problem I have is that category pages don´t show any image between the 2 menus. Of couse I install a category images plugin to assign an image to each category, but the image is not displayed anyway. This is the only problem, the rest go all ok.
The second one is http://www.gimnasiogym.net. In this instalation I have all the problems of the world:
1. The issue of images at category pages is the same. At both instalations this problem it repeats (in this case I haven’t even bothered to install the plugin because I already know that it doesn’t work).
2. Problems with menus. I select one menu like primary, and other like second (like at the other installation), and I select at apparience the primary menu up and the second menu down, but show the same menu up and down at home page and category pages. At posts only show 1 menu (not both). With the other installation I have never had this problem.
3. At both instalation I use the same cache plugin (WP Rocket), the same hosting, and the same gutemmbeng blocks, but this instaltion is very slow (30/79 google speed), while the other is very fast (65/92).
4. Logo situated at right through a windget, appears with text bellow. I use same widget with similar image at both instalations, but in this one it does not show well, while the other one does. (?????)What is the difference between both installations?
The only difference is that gratispeliculas.online have generatepress theme installed from the begining, and no use anyone other, but gimnasiogym.net had another builder installed before (similar to divi), and I have kept both for a few weeks to copy the text of posts from one to another, and when I finish to do it, uninstall the builder. THIS IS THE ONLY DIFFERENCE. Everything else is equal.

The first one is http://www.gratispeliculas.online. In this instalation generatepress was the only theme installed from the begining. No other theme was ever used in this installation. The only problem I have is that category pages don´t show any image between the 2 menus. This site seems to be using “Read”.
Read wasn’t created to have featured image for its category pages.
If you want to add featured image to category archive pages you can try replicating the ones done here:
https://generatepress.com/forums/topic/how-do-i-get-the-header-on-the-category-pages/#post-1440100The second one is http://www.gimnasiogym.net. In this instalation I have all the problems of the world:
1. The issue of images at category pages is the same. At both instalations this problem it repeats (in this case I haven’t even bothered to install the plugin because I already know that it doesn’t work).
2. Problems with menus.
(?????)1.) Same thing with the 1st site.
2.) The 2 menus don’t seem to use the same setting.
The first site uses the primary menu as its main menu shown here:
https://share.getcloudapp.com/nOuDO2JBThe second site uses secondary nav as its main menu shown here:
https://share.getcloudapp.com/geuoeK1WThe menu on your second site seems weird because both the first and the second menu is using secondary navigation.
3.) The sheer amount of difference in number of content will affect its performance. The 2nd site has way more content rendered compared to the first site.
The DOM structure is also slightly different too.
And if you check the source of both the sites, the first site only loads this much:
https://share.getcloudapp.com/jkuYk0O6But the 2nd site loads significantly more things:
https://share.getcloudapp.com/OAuWyvoJThe first site seems to be using an caching or some sort of optimization plugin. The second site doesn’t seem like it is, or perhaps it’s not configured well. You can check this as well. The first site loads a cached version of the theme’s main.min.css while the second site loads the main.min.css from the theme directly.
4.) I’m not exactly sure what you mean by this. Can you explain a bit further?
Here’s what the logo in the widget for the first site looks like on my end:
https://share.getcloudapp.com/6quxn11rHere’s what the logo in the widget for the second site looks like on my end:
https://share.getcloudapp.com/5zudqooKBoth don’t seem to look out of the ordinary.
There are other things I’ve noticed between the two that wasn’t asked but here it is:
The 2nd site inserts elements for ads on its DOM structure. The 1st site doesn’t. With this alone, it makes sense why the the 2nd site had more performance issues compared to the 1st one which seems to be using some sort of optimization plugin.
