Problems with Layout and Images and GP Premium Plugin

Hallo,
since this morning I have some trouble with images and layout on post pages: Images do not load on post pages (but on category and main blog page), and the layout on the post page changes, as you can see here:
category page (everything normal): https://crafting-cafe.de/category/tutorials/naehen-fuer-faule/
blog post (no images, width is wrong): https://crafting-cafe.de/kissen-nahen-anleitung/
I did the health check, emptied the cache and found out it's GP Premium causing the problem, but I can't see, how it could fix this?
Can you help me? I have no idea what to do now and I'm afraid of causing more problems than solving anything.

Hi there,
in Appearance > Elements you have an Element titled: Autorin - which seems to be causing the error on your single post.
I have quick edited and changed its status to draft so your posts now load correctly.
I would suggest deleting that Element and recreating it from scratch.
