[Support request] Problems with headlines in Artisan

Hello everyone, I hope you can help with artisans.
I want to create a page (actually several) that has no headline. I tried everything and downloaded Elementor for that, but a huge gap still appears with the headline, which Body, starts way down. In Appearance, I have disabled all options, but the problem continues. I await your comments.

Maybe I need another Generate press Theme to do that?

Is there a specific page I should be looking at?

Can you clear and disable your caching plugin first?
