WP is the same version…Can you check for plugin conflicts by temporarily disabling all other plugins aside from GP Premium and GenerateBlocks – then retry the customizer.

Then uninstall it, it is not required, it is only for developers to test new features, so its like a constant beta plugin with bugs and all.
