Correct, that is why I need help
This seems like an issue with the video file itself. The reason I say that is because if you go directly to it in Chrome or Firefox it will not play. I only managed to get it to play in Safari.
Paul is right. If the direct link doesn't work then likely something going on with the video file itself.
Maybe try re-uploading it?
