Problem with thumbnails, loading full size. It slowed down my site.

Hi,
I do not know since when, but it is recent, my site has a bad score with GTmetrix. The problem is loading full size images instead of thumbnails, in "blog" mode from the list of articles.
You can try with GTmetrix with my home page: https://willyblanchard.ch/ (I don't know where to link an image), The score is zero for image optimization. I have noticed in recent days a decrease in visitors.

Hi there,
You can change the default image size that's displayed in Customize > Layout > Blog using the Media Attachment Size option: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/adjusting-the-featured-images/
That allows you to choose a smaller image to display.

Thank you ! It works. GTmetrix: Page speed 90% - YSlow 90%, return to normality :) . Is this a new option? Because before I didn't have this problem. Or maybe some settings got reset with an update?
It's a new option in 1.10.0, but before that the full size was displayed by default.
