Problem with the APM plugin

Hello,
my webmaster recently installed the generate press theme but after adding the AMP plugin which is compatible with generate press, the "sticky menu" and the back to top button don't work anymore. Maybe AMP is disabling some scripts?
What solution can you suggest me to solve this problem?

Those elements use javascript which isn't supported in AMP.
