I don't see this issue occurring when I checked both on chrome's devtool on desktop and my phone (Chrome - Android - Redmi note 9s)

Can you try clearing browser cache and check again? or perhaps I'm viewing the wrong page/site for this one.

Problem with social icons is on posts only. I send link.

Have you checked with Elementor support on the footer social icons? As i can see the Elementor CSS being applied to them, but i can't see what the problem is.
