[Support request] Problem with mobile navigation bar

Hello there,

I’m having problems with your mobile theme since the last update.

When the user clicks on the menu icon it drops down a line rather than opening the menu bar on the left hand side.

Please could you show me how to fix this so when the icon is clicked it just opens the menu on the left side.
