[Support request] Problem with install theme from Site libary

Hi

I can’t install any theme from the site library section. The installation stops with the message “Gathering information”. I have a fresh install of WordPress and default plugins + Generate press plugin. In the browser console I have a message “Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (). How to solve it?

Hi there,

can you go to Setttings > Permalinks and make sure the structure is not a custom structure. Then click save changes.
Make sure any cache / security plugins are disabled and then retry the important.
