[Support request] Problem with images in elements

Good morning.
I have a problem when I create an element and insert and Image.
I have some hook elements. I insert an image in the elements, but that image doesn´t appears in my mobile and my computer untill several days later.
I also have another problem with a header element. I use a header element to set an image in my homepage. Now I have changed the image in the hero page, but in my homepage still appears the old image. But the old image is not in the hero page of the header element yet.
I have deleted cache, history, but it doesn´t change.
The images in hook elements usually take several days in appear correctly. I don´t know why. But in header element it´s taking a long time.

Hi there,

this sounds like a caching issue, most likely at the Server level, so the Page Caching needs clearing or it could even be a local router / ISP issue which also cache pages. To test if its a router/ISP issue ask someone else to check the site.
