Problem With GenerateBlocks in Cumulative Layout swift

Hi There,
I'm using GenerateBlocks for a whole page with some elements on it. However, I have a little problem and it's very disturbing me. Why does the CLS on this page (this is the front page) look really weird?
I've attached the link below.
Please help me take a look and is there a solution for this?

Hi there,
the issue is related to your WP Rocket Optimized CSS Delivery options ( aka Critical CSS ).
Rerun the test with WP Rocket disabled to see the difference.
