Problem with Elements Interface

Hi, I've created a hero block element. When editing the block, the options to disable the title, featured image and primary post meta have literally vanished. I've disabled and re-enabled the 'Disable Elements' module as well as the plugin and theme, with no luck. The last boxes I see down the right hand side now are Hook Name and Priority. Thanks!
