Problem with design of Info theme

I was getting Info them. Despite a lot of searching and reading, I need help figuring out two things.
First: There are labeled categories/cells for different categories. For example, Glocal, Travel tips, and more.
How do I change and adjust the names so that articles go to that category? For example, cars go to Good cars.

No, I had looked at this carefully. It wasn't very easy, but I will look into it more closely.
What I mean is.
If you press info from https://generatepress.com/site-library/ you will immediately see Global info. There are also travel tips, music, etc.
I need to change these names to match my categories. It is variable, for example. Global info, travel, music in basketball, football, swim.
And that articles in these categories go there, not just in recent posts.

The headings are added manually using the headline blocks and you just need to edit them manually in the home page content:

Yes, thank you. It looks like it needs to have recent posts at the top but not the statistic page. But I will check that later.
And I hope I get used to making posts very different from what I am used to and more complex. Other things are much better in GP!
