[Support request] Problem with Cumulative layout shift

Good afternoon.
I have installed your theme in my ecommerce.
Last week I was testing on a cloned website, but today I have already installed it on my real website.
I have checked my web with the pagespeed insights and the cumulative layout shift is 0 for mobile but for desktop is 1,464.
One of the diagnostic problem is

Does not use passive listeners to improve scrolling performance

And another is:

Ensure text remains visible during webfont load

And the fonts with problems are:

You can remove those requests by using our SVG option in Customize > General.
