Problem with Child Theme installation

Good Morning :)
We have a problem on a web page where we are using your theme. When installing the child theme to make custom adjustments in the store, the styles that we have configured in the main theme are lost. For example, the logo and the menu bar disappear.
Do you know what happens and how can we fix it?

have you tried adding the missing logo and menu after the Child theme is installed ?
