    Hi Team,
I‘m haven’t trouble with the new query loop block. I want to use the featured image as background image (cover), on hover the background image should get transparent (background is dark) and the Titel is showing.
I used effects to mange that BUT it only works if the background image is set as Element and suddenly from the background image is only a strange part shown, not cover anymore.

I hope you can help me solve that issue.

    Thanks

    Hi there,

Can you set the background to the pseudo element so i can then take a look at that issue ?

Do you have the Use inline style toggle enabled ? If so can you disable that ?

    Hi David,

now the effect works perfect BUT only the fallback image is showing… (just in the first blog post is a featured image right now)

    UPDATE:
If I change something on the layout it automatically activates “use inline style”.

Can you try disable your performance/cache plugin?

And can you make sure all the posts have featured image set in the post editor?

    Hi,
I think I’ve got the same issue:

    This is the page: https://giacomodenanni.it/blog
How can I fix it without disabling Autoptimize? Is there a way to exclude featured image?

    Thanks!

    Hi Giacomo,

It appears to be displayed as it should from my end currently. Have you resolved the issue?

If not, can you open a new topic regarding this?

    Hi Fernando,
thank you. It’s really odd, because actually it seemed resolved, but then I make new changes to Query Loop Element, and the issue appear again. Maybe cache plugin or Autoptimize takes some time to reset, I don’t know.
Anyway, I will open a new topic, eventually.
    Thanks!
