[Support request] Problem wit the logo and search in the mobile.

Hi,
In the Desktop version everything is fine. On mobile, if I click on the logo from a post, it does not return to home, it remains as if thinking. In the search, there are times that it does not appear and others that are not focused.
I think the problem is with the web stories plugin but I’m not sure.

Hi there,

Any chance you can disable all plugins and custom functions except GP Premium and GenerateBlocks to eliminate conflicts from other plugins first?

Make sure to activate the parent theme if you are using a child theme as well.

I have seen that the problem of clicking on the logo to return to home is caused by the web stories plugin. about the search, it’s kind of diverted to one side

Hi Jose,

The logo and search icon can not be clicking issue is caused by content added via a plugin, as you can see in the below screenshot, the blue part is the invisible content, it’s on top of the logo area, so the logo and search icon can not be clicked after the initial load:

I’m not sure what plugin it is, would recommend disabling all plugins except GP Premium to test.

As for the search modal position issue, the GP theme you are using currently is still a developing version, I’ll report the issue and try to fix it in the official version 🙂
