[Support request] Problem sending form (HappyForms)

Hi Support,
I have a problem with HappyForms and the Ethos theme.
The completed form is not sent and the form turns gray.
The recaptcha is in place.
I need your help because a Google Ads campaign is activated.

Hi,

Can you try disabling all the plugins except happy forms and check if it works? To find if there are any conflicting plugins.

Not easy to do this test because the problem does not appear every time.
Here is the list of activated plugins:
– Cookie Notice
– GenerateBlocks
– GP Premium
– HappyForms (upgrade)
– Login LockDown
– Really Simple SSL
– SEOPress

Hi there,

this is a question for Happy Forms as the Theme has no control over or impact on how a forms plugin operates.

Its worth checking with their support and maybe ask your host to see if any errors have been logged on the server – it may help pinpoint the issue.

I understand, thanks for the advice you gave me.
I will contact happyforms support.
If the problem persists, what other form system do you recommend that is compatible with the Ethos theme?

Just to clear things up – Ethos ( or any of the Sites from Library ) are not themes. Their simply a pre-built site that is imported, very similar to if you use a Duplicator / Export plugin to copy your site to a new domain name. So underneath they are all just GeneratePress 🙂

All of the well coded form plugins will work with GP.
